Two Stainless Steel Water Filters Shipped to Steel Plant Customer, Each with 48 Cartridges

Recently, our factory completed the production and shipment of two stainless steel water filters for a steel plant customer. Each filter is supplied with 48 water filter cartridges for the customer’s water filtration process. The customer’s name is not disclosed upon request.

The two stainless steel water filters were produced according to the customer’s requirements. Each unit is equipped with 48 water filter cartridges, making it convenient for installation, maintenance, and cartridge replacement.

A key advantage of this project is production control. The welding and processing of the stainless steel filter housings were completed in-house by our factory. The matching water filter cartridges are also fully produced in our own factory, without relying on external cartridge suppliers.

For this steel plant customer order, we completed filter production, cartridge matching, assembly checks, and export packing. Before shipment, the two filters and their cartridges were checked and packed with protective packaging for transportation.

• In-house filter housing welding: Stainless steel filter housings are welded and processed in our factory.

• Self-produced filter cartridges: Water filter cartridges are fully produced in-house for stable supply.

• Complete filter and cartridge supply: Customers can source filters and cartridges from one manufacturer.
