We recently completed a custom crane wheel manufacturing project for a French industrial customer.
The customer provided detailed technical drawings and required the crane wheels to be manufactured strictly according to the supplied drawings and technical specifications.
After reviewing the drawings, our engineering team confirmed that the components could be manufactured in our facility. We then prepared a quotation and proceeded with production after receiving the customer's confirmation and payment.

The customer's drawings were carefully reviewed by our technical team before production.
Based on the drawing requirements, our engineers confirmed the manufacturing feasibility and production process. The wheels were then manufactured according to the customer's original drawings to ensure dimensional and technical consistency with their requirements.
For customized mechanical components, accurate drawing interpretation is essential. Before starting production, we make sure that the technical requirements, material specifications, heat treatment requirements and inspection requirements are clearly understood by our production team.
Material selection and heat treatment were carried out according to the technical requirements of the project.
During production, the required heat treatment process was completed, followed by hardness inspection to verify that the finished components met the specified hardness requirements.
Relevant material certificates, heat treatment records and hardness inspection reports were prepared as part of the quality documentation.
The customer also required ultrasonic testing (UT) for the crane wheels.
Our factory carried out the required UT inspection during the quality control process. The inspection process was recorded and the corresponding inspection documentation was prepared for the customer.
In addition to UT inspection, dimensional and visual inspections were also carried out before packing to ensure that the finished products were ready for shipment.
After final inspection, the 20 crane wheels were carefully packed in wooden crates for transportation.
Considering the quantity and handling requirements, the products were arranged in four wooden crates, with 5 pcs in each crate.
The wooden crates provided additional protection during transportation and were designed to facilitate handling by the freight forwarder.
After production, inspection and packing were completed, the goods were delivered to the customer's designated freight forwarder in China.
The freight forwarder received the four wooden crates and provided packing photos to the customer, allowing the customer to confirm the shipment condition before the international transportation stage.
This project demonstrates our ability to manufacture customized crane components based on customer drawings while managing the complete process from engineering review to production, inspection, documentation and export packaging.
