The bag filter is a multi‑purpose filtration equipment featuring novel structure, compact size, simple & flexible operation, energy‑saving, high efficiency, sealed operation and strong adaptability.
It is a pressure‑type filtration device. Liquid flows into the filter bag through the side inlet of the filter housing. The filter bag is installed inside a reinforcement mesh. Liquid passes through the filter bag of required precision to obtain qualified filtrate, while impurity particles are trapped by the filter bag. The filter bag can be replaced conveniently with barely any material consumption during filtration.
Manufactured from premium stainless steel, the bag filter surface can be finished by mirror polishing, matte treatment or sandblasting. As a new‑type professional liquid filtration system, it is fitted with an internal metal mesh basket to support the filter bag. Liquid enters from the inlet, gets filtered by the bag and exits from the outlet. Contaminants are retained inside the filter bag to effectively remove particles of various sizes, realizing liquid filtration, purification, separation and recovery. The filter bag can be replaced or cleaned for repeated use. It is a versatile filtration unit with novel structure, small footprint, easy‑to‑handle operation, energy efficiency, high performance, sealed working mode and wide applicability.
