Product Overview
Stainless steel pleated security filter cartridge is a reusable metal filter element designed for fine liquid filtration. The pleated structure greatly expands the effective filtration area, providing higher dirt holding capacity and lower pressure drop compared with non-pleated metal filters.
Constructed from SS304 or SS316L stainless steel multi-layer mesh, manufactured by precision folding and argon arc welding. Stable pore structure for consistent micron rating. It can be cleaned by backwash or ultrasonic cleaning for repeated use, reducing long-term operation cost.
Perfect match for industrial security filter housings, mainly used as protection filter to capture fine particles and protect downstream precision membranes and equipment.
