Our wire rope drum adopts high‑strength steel material, finished by CNC precision machining, rope grooves are accurately processed to match your wire rope diameter, ensure smooth and tidy rope winding, avoid rope jumping, rope extrusion and damage.
The key groove surface is treated by induction hardening, surface hardness reaches HRC45‑55, hardening depth ≥2mm. The surface keeps high wear‑resistance while the drum core remains good toughness, anti‑impact, anti‑fatigue, greatly extend service life of both drum and steel wire rope, reduce your maintenance cost and downtime.
We support full customization: drum diameter, barrel length, groove type (helical / Lebus groove), shaft structure, flange size, connection mode, surface painting. OEM & ODM are welcome, we can produce strictly according to your drawings or technical parameters.
Every drum passes strict quality inspection: material test, dimension inspection, UT/MT non‑destructive test before delivery, to guarantee stable performance for heavy‑duty working conditions.
