Product Introduction

The high flow filter cartridge is a large-diameter, pleated-depth filtration element engineered for high-capacity liquid filtration. With filtration precision from 1 to 80 micron, a single 40-inch high flow filter element delivers a flow rate up to 110 m³/h — several times that of a standard 2.5-inch cartridge. This allows the high flow filtration system to use far fewer elements and a more compact high flow filter housing, cutting both capital investment and operating cost.

We supply a complete line of water filtration equipment, pairing high flow filter cartridges with ASME-coded stainless steel vessels for demanding industrial water filter duties: RO pre-filtration, seawater intake, boiler feed water, process water and wastewater reuse. The inside-to-outside flow path and tool-free cartridge design make installation and change-out fast, safe and labor-saving.

• Each high flow filter cartridge is individually packed in a PE bag, then placed in a 5-layer export carton with foam protection.
• High flow filter housings are wrapped with anti-rust film and fixed in a fumigation-free plywood case.
• Custom labels, logo printing and neutral packing are available on request.
• Shipment by sea, air or express according to order volume and customer requirement.
