Product Introduction

The main filter medium of stainless steel sintered mesh filter cartridge is sintered from stainless steel sintered mesh, stainless steel woven mesh, stainless steel fiber sintered felt and other filter materials, with filtration precision ranging from 1 to 200μm. It features good permeability, high mechanical strength, excellent corrosion resistance, easy cleaning & backwashing, robust structure and no filter material shedding.

Made of interwoven linear fiber materials, the filter medium has a thin planar structure with uniform pores on the surface. Usually fabricated from metal wires, it is a typical surface filtration medium. It traps contaminant particles on its surface to separate particles from the flowing fluid.

Features of Stainless Steel Sintered Mesh

• Stainless steel sintered mesh filter cartridge is made of 304 or 316 stainless steel. Its multi-layer structure adopts coarse mesh covering fine mesh to filter contaminated fluid in stages and extend filter service life.
• Flat designed mesh is easy to process and clean. The fusion-welded filter cartridge can withstand operating temperature up to 450℃ and pressure drop of 5kg/cm² (72.5psi).
• Industrial pleated sintered filter cartridge with precise structure, no fiber detachment and no substance precipitation.
• Woven mesh structure allows repeated cleaning and regeneration, serving as an efficient and stable filtration option.
