PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

It is made using non‑toxic and odourless polypropylene particles, processed by heating, melting, spinning, drawing, and forming into tubular filter elements. If the raw material is primarily polypropylene, it can be called a PP melt‑blown filter element. It is not only widely used in water purification but also has excellent chemical compatibility, suitable for filtering strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents. It has strong dirt‑holding capacity, long service life, and low cost.

PRODUCT FEATURES

1. Filtration efficiency and precision, with uniform pore size density of the filter element, achieving a filtration efficiency of over 99%.
2. Low filtration resistance, high filtration flow rate, large pollutant capacity, and long service life. The fiber diameter and gap of this product can be adjusted during the production process. The inner layer of the filter element is small and the outer layer is large, which increases the flow rate and pollutant capacity. The filter element is not easy to block and extends the service life.
3. High self‑cleanliness, no pollution to water quality, acid and alkali resistance, organic solvent resistance, and corrosion.
4. High strength, the filter element will not deform when the water pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter exceeds 0.4Mpa, and the filtration efficiency will not decrease when the temperature exceeds 90 °C.

• Sterilization: Resists in‑line steam sterilization at 126 °C for 30 minutes.
• Endotoxin: The water extract of the filter cartridge has an endotoxin level lower than 0.5 EU/ml tested by LAL.
