Regular Polyester Non-Woven Filter Fabric is a cost-effective non-woven filter media designed for powder spraying booths, sandblasting rooms and general industrial air filtration. Made of 100% polyester staple fibres using needle punching technology, the fabric forms a deep-loading fibrous structure with a graded density construction: fibre density gradually increases from the air-entry side to the clean-air side, so dust particles are captured throughout the entire depth of the media rather than only on the surface.

With a filtration rating of 5 micron, this industrial filter fabric efficiently captures powder overspray, abrasive dust and fine airborne particles while maintaining low pressure drop and high dust holding capacity. The material is supplied in rolls with customizable width and length, and can be calendered, singed, or treated with anti-static and water & oil repellent finishing to match different working conditions. It is an ideal replacement media for powder coating filter pads, sandblasting filter material and paint stop filtration systems.
