Concrete mixer description
This product is a dedicated reduction drive assembly for vertical forced pan mixers. It adopts an enclosed gear reduction structure with an integral cast steel housing. One side is equipped with a pulley to connect with an electric motor or diesel engine for power input, while the output shaft on the other side is directly coupled to the mixing blades of the mixer.
1.It adopts multi-stage gear meshing transmission internally to reduce motor speed and boost output torque, perfectly adapting to heavy-load working conditions during concrete mixing.
2.The integrally cast housing features excellent sealing performance. Gear oil is filled inside for lubrication, enabling dustproof, leakproof, anti-vibration and wear-resistant performance.
3.It comes with a built-in mounting base, which can be directly installed on the frame of JW series vertical pan mixers, serving as a core power transmission component for mixers.
4.It has three mainstream specifications: 350, 500 and 750, matching mixers of different volumes. It supports two power input modes: electric motor and diesel engine. Bulk stock is available at the factory, with wholesale and customization services provided.
