This week, our production workshop completed a full batch of customized Pacific heavy-duty crane travel wheels, including single-flange and double-flange forged wheel sets for overhead gantry cranes. All wheels passed strict hardness inspection, dimensional tolerance test and material composition certification before packaging. The finished products will be packed in seaworthy wooden cases and shipped FOB Qingdao for overseas lifting machinery distributors.

We upgraded our CNC machining and heat treatment production lines this quarter, which greatly shortens the production cycle of custom crane wheels while maintaining stable forging quality. Small-batch mixed orders of pulley blocks and wheel assemblies are now supported with faster delivery schedules.

We successfully finished the full delivery of contract P0023100 for Atlantic Bearing (Dalian) Co., Ltd. The order covers multiple models of pulley blocks and one set of drive wheel assembly, with total value RMB 54,220.

All goods were packed with dedicated export wooden cases, and we arranged full inland logistics to FOB Qingdao Port as agreed. The whole production cycle was controlled within 45 days after receiving advance payment, meeting the client’s resale and secondary export plan perfectly.

This cooperation proves our capability to support machinery trading enterprises with mixed spare parts orders, transparent separate quotation for products, packing and port logistics, and reliable on-time shipment service.
